The “Hutson Promise” is our bold commitment to our parts customers that goes beyond the original manufacturer’s warranty. If any part purchased across the counter fails within 180 Days of purchase, Hutson will replace the part at no cost to the customer.
The “Hutson Promise” is our bold commitment to our service customers that shows our confidence in our quality parts and world-class Technicians. If your repaired machine fails within 365 days of repair due to the Hutson replaced part or Hutson faulty workmanship, Hutson will replace the failed parts, including labor, at no charge to the customer. Limited to original repair parts only.
