We are very excited about what lies ahead of us this coming year. As many of you already know, Barry Carson has stepped out of the business effective December 1st, 2017. We will really miss Barry's valuable input and insight and we wish Barry and his family the absolute best in their future endeavors.
When Barry started backing out of the business back in June, I moved into the President role leaving a gap in the Vice President of Sales role. We have since filled that gap with Josh Waggener, from Henderson, KY, who comes to us from the chemical distribution business.
We also had a change in the helm on the parts and service side of the business. Rodney Bohannon has taken the Vice President of Aftermarket position. He lives outside of Murray, KY and comes to us with 30 years' experience at Briggs and Stratton. Both gentlemen have great leadership experience and we are very fortunate to have them on the team!
One of our primary focuses for 2018 is to provide customer service that is second to none. As we roll out new initiatives designed to improve that experience, you should see drastic results. We will be more responsive to our customer, as well as employee, suggestions on ways to improve the business. Please let us know ways we can help you be more efficient and more profitable.
